EXCHANGE & RETURN
Unwashed, unworn, wrong or defective items may be returned or exchanged for a same/different size, design, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs to send any non-damaged/wrong items back to Naqshkari is the responsibility of the customer. Naqshkari.com will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
Naqshkari will not accept exchanges for any item that has been damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. For more details on our washing and caring instruction kindly refer to tags of your item.
